Job Description: 

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Develop, implement and analyze budgets
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Cost products and services
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms





  • Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service sector is required.

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 hourly, 35 to 40 Hours per week

Important information:

Depending on the number of events, the work schedule might be as follows: Monday to Thursday from 9 to 7PM, Saturday from 2PM to 2 AM and Friday and Sunday off.
