Salary: up to $110,000.00 annually
Reporting to the Executive Lead, Policy, Innovation and Engagement in the BC Public Service Agency, this new position will design and lead a new corporate Innovation Hub responsible for delivering new approaches to engage the BC Public Service in maintaining and enhancing public trust in an increasingly complex environment. This is a unique opportunity to lead a key aspect of a corporate innovation agenda driven by the Deputy Ministers Committee on Public Service Innovation. It requires a strategic thinker and relationship builder with a skill set and mindset to do things differently, matched with a deep commitment to the role and values of the public service.
Qualifications for this role include: Degree in business administration, public administration, communication, or a related field or equivalent; experience in a senior management role leading new business development projects and/or business transformation projects involving a diverse range of project portfolios; experience establishing collaborative relationships with senior leaders across government and leading organizational change associated with implementation; experience leading and coaching multi-disciplinary senior management teams in the development and implementation of a diverse range of projects.
